Return Policy
Our beers are packaged in glass bottles, which makes it impossible to return them by mail due to the high risk of breakage. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service, and we will work together to find a solution.
If a product is damaged during transport, you can contact us via our email address (brouwerij@tripeljohanna.be) for a replacement delivery. We always require a few photos as proof of the damage.
