Brewery Blommecaes
Blommecaes Brewery is based in Olsene, Zulte. We are a tiny microbrewery producing in batches of 100 liter. Our range of beers is constantly changing. Occasionally we use a larger, external installation for bigger volumes on our signature beers - such as Johanna. Due to the small size of our brewery, we cannot accomodate visits and tastings. We do sometimes show the brewery setup on an appointment base.
We are open to brew beers for local organisations & festivities. We do not offer the lowest costs, but our setup allows us to produce on small quantities, whilst competiton usually requires 500 liter minimum.
